Viktoria Amini, Managing Partner, is an alternate dispute resolution specialist with over 20 years of experience. She is well known in her community for collaborating with the best resources that exist to find a settlement that is fair and equitable.

Viktoria received her training at the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University School of Law  one of the world’s leading educational programs in the field of dispute resolution. The Straus Institute has established itself as a standard of excellence in preparing effective negotiators, peacemakers, and problem solvers and a driving force for improving the culture of conflict in America.

Viktoria served on the panel for the Center for Conflict Resolution (CCR) and mediated in all 12 of the Los Angeles County Superior Courts.​

She continued her practicum with the California State Appellate Court for the 2nd District giving her experience mediating for cases that were in appeal at the state level.

She then went on to mediate on the panel for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) where she practiced for the Federal Court.

She is an expert in her field with family law, civil disputes, unlawful detainer and

employment law. She employs expert co-mediators that offer legal information in Real Estate, Family Counseling, Probate,

Financial Advice and Taxation.

She is a member of the Southern California Mediation Association and serves as a pro bono mediator for several law clinics in the Los Angeles Area.

She continues her legal education with the Southern California Mediation Association CLE programs and earns an average of 60 hours each year, staying current and up to date in her field.
